Please guide me to the shakti that is waning in my bones.

Devi or Maheshwari or Parashakti is the Supreme Shakti,
or power of the Supreme Being.
Devi is the creatrix of the universe.
She is the Universal Mother. Devi or Shakti is the Mother of Nature.
She is Nature itself.
The whole world is Her body.
The mountains are Her bones.
The rivers are Her veins.
The ocean is Her bladder.
The sun and moon are Her eyes.
The wind is Her breath.
Agni is Her mouth.
She is the primal force of life that underlies all existence.
Worship of Devi or the Universal Mother gives not only prosperity,
but liberation from all bondage.
It leads to the attainment of Knowledge of the Self.

Hymn to Shiva Shakti
Param Shiva, Shiva Shakti, Thou art the
mother divine. Grant me Thy devotion, remove
all obstacles and show Thy might.
Thou art the transcendental super energy
of the nature of absolute bliss. Thou art the root
energy of the universe and the ordinary nature
of the embodied.
Thou art the power of universal ambition,
all encompassing knowledge, again Thou art the
universal power of execution.
In the form of Brahma, Thou art
responsible for the creation of the world; in the
form of Vishnu, the world is sustained by Thee
and again Thou take the form of world destroying
power.
In the garb of Maya, Shiva, the ultimate
Truth is concealed by Thee, but in the form of
Divine grace Thou revealth the ultimate truth
(Shiva). Again Thou art the independent
sovereign power.
Thou art the Energy in the form of three
Gunas or mental moods, and Thou the ruling
power above these Gunas. Thou art the
conscious power of Shiva.
Manifestation of the mind, intellect and
ego are the wonders of your power. Thou art the
all limiting power.
Thou art the five sense powers, the five
powers of action. Again Thou art the fivefold
prana (vital force) in the human being.
Thou art the five subtle and the five
gross elements, and Thou the power in a mystic
sound formula.
Thou art the four stages of manifestation
of articulate speech. Again Thou art the source
of primal sound ‘OM’.
Thou art the concealed serpent power at
the base of the spine. Thou art responsible for
her play in the middle sushumna channel.
Thou art the very form of nectar in the
spiritual centre at the crown of the head. Again
Thou art all effulgence.
Manifestation of form out of formless is
Thy miraculous power. Thou art knowable

One of the central ideas in Shaivism is the concept of spanda-“the doctrine of vibration”-which holds that the universe is born out of primordial vibration. Can you define spanda and how it is related to mantra science, which also seems to figure prominently in Tantric schools?
It is difficult to explain this concept briefly, but it can be said that divine Shakti, an integral aspect of Shiva, functions ceaselessly to reveal the divine glory of the Lord, both as transcendent being and also simultaneously as the cosmos. The incessant activity of Shakti (consciousness made manifest) is called spanda-vibration or pulsation, or it is sometimes called urmi, which means web. Physicists tell us that several particles like electrons, protons, neutrons, etc., moving round the nucleus in an atom cause vibration or pulsation. The atom has infinite energy locked up inside it, which keeps on dancing within. In the same way, pure consciousness (Shiva) has Shakti ever-vibrating in its bosom. The dance of Shakti occurs during creative involution, when that energy is thrown out and creates the cosmos. The Yogis experience spanda as waves of bliss, a rasa (juice), oozing from the core of Shiva.
Mantra is ultimately related to this idea. Actually, divine, vital energy is encased in mantra, which is not just an aggregate of phonemes. Mantra is a seed that contains the totality of divine Shakti. When the guru gives a mantra to a disciple, he awakens that latent potency, which may actually be experienced by the disciple during initiation. It is like a seed planted in the disciple’s udhara (mind-body organism) which, if carefully nurtured, develops into a full-fledged tree of spiritual realization.
