Summer in Shasta-Trinity National Forest
i cannot believe
in less than a month
this will be my home
OM, to waking
from waking, OM
so much to do between now and then
leaving to go build our vardo for a week this weekend
then back to Mpls for two weeks/final packing/friends
& May Day Parade & then the Road west & west & up
the mountain, making Silver Springs our Home
then
learning to harvest/mill/build with local tree spirits
leading a cob oven workshop/starting a cob home (?/!)
walking the land and waking my senses, slowly/taking it all in
pouring out my Love into (& out of) Thee and the permaculture garden
rising with the sun, breathing, tuning in, lying down again
giving thanks, remembering God, giving thanks again

if any of you are interested in spending some time in the quiet stillness of the Trinity Mountain Wilderness of Northern California, going inward, deepening your spiritual practice, getting experience working on a cob/natural building project or just diving headfirst into your creative pursuits, get in touch with me. because this is a remarkable place to do that. it is quite literally the most peaceful place i have ever experienced and you can find that peace anywhere, but it just flows gently here. maybe you will too.
